Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, we are only accepting wedding cake and wedding dessert orders.

If you are interested in a wedding order, please submit an inquiry through our Wedding Inquiry page. Our team will review your request and follow up to discuss your vision, availability, and pricing.

Please note that all custom orders are subject to availability and production capacity, and submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the request.

Are you nut-free?

Our bakery does not intentionally bake with nuts in our recipes. This decision was inspired by our founder, Chrisell, whose son has a nut allergy.

However, while we take care to avoid nuts in our kitchen, some ingredients or products we source from external suppliers may be manufactured in facilities that also process nuts.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment, and customers with severe allergies should exercise their own judgment when consuming our products.

By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge that Sinta Bakery cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens and assumes no liability for allergic reactions.

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options?

Some of our products may be gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan, and these items will always be clearly labeled when available.

Because our bakery handles a variety of ingredients, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please ask a team member before ordering so we can help guide you to the best available options.

How long do your pastries stay fresh?

Because many of our baked goods are made with fresh ingredients, they are best enjoyed within 1–2 days of purchase.

Some items may be refrigerated or frozen to extend their shelf life, depending on the product. If you plan to store your pastries for later, please ask our team for the best storage recommendations for your specific item.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

At this time, we do not offer public Wi-Fi or outlets. While we truly appreciate the work-from-café crowd, our space operates at a very high volume, and we need to ensure that seating remains available for guests who are dining in.

We also intentionally aim to create an environment where people can unplug, be present, and connect with one another. Our hope is to foster a space that encourages conversation, creativity, and a break from screens in the midst of busy daily life.

We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain this kind of atmosphere for all guests.

Do you allow pets?

While we love pets, California and San Diego health regulations restrict animals inside food establishments, with the exception of legally recognized service animals.

To comply with these regulations:

  • Pets may accompany you while waiting in line if necessary, but they are not permitted in indoor dining areas.

  • Pets are welcome in designated outdoor seating areas only.

If bringing a pet, please ensure the following:

  • Pets must be leashed at all times.

  • Pets must be well-behaved and under the owner's control.

  • Pets may not jump on furniture, tables, counters, or other guests.

  • Pets may not come into contact with plates, utensils, or food service areas.

  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and ensuring pets do not relieve themselves in or around the dining area.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, management reserves the right to ask pet owners to relocate or leave the premises if pets are disruptive, unsanitary, or if another guest raises concerns related to allergies, safety, or comfort.
