AAPI MONTH

AAPI means honoring the sacrifices and resilience of the generations that came before me. As a Filipino American and bakery owner, I carry the values my grandmother embodied as she worked tirelessly to raise eight children on her own with strength, love, and determination. My bakery is my way of giving back—to create a welcoming space where elders, parents, and younger generations can gather, share stories, and connect. Through our childhood filipino flavors, Pinay culture, and community, I hope to bridge generations, celebrate our heritage, and keep the spirit of those who paved the way alive for the future.
